[he opens his mouth to reply, but instead finds himself meeting Jae's lips. and what would have been a normal kiss is now also charged with a bit of nervousness and a lot of curiosity]

[is it strange if Curtain's nervousness makes him less so? It's not confidence as much as comfort and interest. Fondness.

He breathes warmly against the kiss and leans into it. Slowly moving deeper into Curtain's mouth.]

[well, the problem with this now is that even if he doesn't show much of an outward reaction to that, the emotion is just a resounding yes, an honestly embarrassing eagerness, as he feels Jae exploring his mouth, meeting his tongue with his own every now and then.

[That's cute tho? That means Jae is winning? Well there is a slight fluster from him, maybe he's surprised. But he's impossible to not respond to that. Impossible to not have his own interest ignited further. Honestly this is absolutely a better use of emotion share than talking about feelings.

When he hears that little sound from Curtain there is some arousal and pleasure and absolute smugness and the next kiss has teeth mostly because Jae keeps smiling.]

he's aroused too, obviously, even more with the teeth. but he's also amused and annoyed in a fond way. he adds his own teeth too, catching Jae's lower lip between them and pulling a little. his own wordless way of letting him know he can tell what's going on.]

Kim Dokja gasps and chuckles a bit at the bite. Honestly, he is not the biggest fan of emotionshare as a rule. However... this particular kind of bond. And this particular situation. He realizes for himself how much 'not being sure' caused most of his hesitancy. Even if he knew that Curtain liked him generally, was interested generally, there was always the question of was this the right moment, the right way, was he pushing on too long or not enough? Normally he didn't actually worry too much if he was irritating someone, but this person in these moments, it became difficult.

But it's quite freeing to be absolutely certain it's welcome, enjoyed, considered enticing.

So he bites Curtain's mouth again, grin still teasing and smug, and begins to poke around in the folds of Curtain's robes, looking for an entry.]

[he feels that, and it's his turn to be annoyingly smug. while these clothes look nowhere as fancy as what he wore in Celestrials, they also involve a lot of layers and are all-around a pain to get in and out of, so good luck with that.

in the meantime, Curtain is letting Jae do most of the biting, chuckling warmly whenever he manages to, then hissing a little at the teeth. if Jae eases up at any point, he'll kiss him properly again, deep]

[Jae eases up on the biting around the same time confusion over this outfit takes over his smugness. There is a little trickle of petulance as he finds NOTHING but handfuls of various cloth, preventing his tactical advance.

But he's also pretty easily distracted with another deep kiss. Relaxing into it. Aroused but also content. His hands just disappear into the robes instead, fingers skating over at least a few fewer layers, even if he's far from finding skin.]

[this is... the best. if anybody had ever told Curtain that emotion share would make makeout sessions hilarious, he would've imagined anything but this, and yet here we are.

he can't stop smiling, but he's also taking this opportunity to regain terrain on the kissing front. his hands trail up Jae's back, from his waist to his shoulders, and tug lightly on his coat]

[The touch along his back drag a visible shiver out of him, and he briefly gasps into the kiss. Torn somewhere between helpfully shrugging his coat off and pettily refusing to because Curtain is clearly not helping with the robe problem.

the hands on his shoulders move closer to his neck and he runs both his index fingers up and down its sides, very lightly and mostly teasing. he is now very curious to see what things get what reactions out of Jae]

[The light touch to his neck brings up a sense of peacefulness, and trust, and something a little deeper and sharper. He breaks the kiss by licking at Curtain's lips, and then his own, and his breath comes out in very warm puffs. Since he can't find how to get the robes off he just grabs a bit of skin Curtain's side through the fabric and tweaks it.]

I understand why monks wear these now. They're a substitute for will power.

[jolts under him, both from the tweak and the laughter, though he quickly realizes they're still in Finch house and lowers his volume]
