Salamander has some people the others are fond of, but I only really know and trust Yuki there. No real arrangement with them except helping out with objectives.

Minnow are strangers.

Chipmunk... Snail and Chipmunk have mutual hitting each other in games history so probably not a great idea.

Robin's Egg has Snail family and other people on it. So. Safest bet is with them.

And you're sure they won't try to take advantage?
