[stares at the ouija board for a moment, then carefully spells out a fairly long word, but not one that Shasa can see, and when he is done his eyes dim with the memory for a bit

and also there is something about him that shifts. it's not a huge difference, but his shoulders sit just a bit broader, his arms thicken a bit. he puts on enough muscle to be considered at least reasonably athletic, which he definitely was not before]
